Stuck

Here as I sit starring at my computer…I am thinking and writing about everything else other than the article I should be writing. It is dead quite here, perfect calmness to write in, but the words are stuck in this folder somewhere in my head and they won’t come out. Darn! So excited to write this article. But nothing! Do you ever find the more you want to write something, the more it gets stuck in your brain? Or can you just whip something out of your head all the time? What do you do to get the creative juices flowing? To write when nothing wants to flow?

How are you doing today?

In coming up with ideas to write about, lately I have been finding inspiration in some rather interesting places and times: when I'm cooking/baking, eating, finding random cookbooks at the library, reading books or someone's status update on Facebook, watching Sex and the City reruns, movies with my sister and mom, gazing at the stars at night, and when I just sit back and relax.
